infinite colours

There are no limits to the customization options: our color palette library is constantly updated and expanded to ensure each client has the best possible result.

absolute fidelity

Thanks to the Drawdown technique and to Nicomac Europe’s coating systems, the tablets are coated homogenously, perfectly reproducing the agreed color even in continuity with a previous production.

complete warranty

The process is 100% safe because it’s followed from start to finish by skilled and expert operators, with the aid of Nicomac Europe systems and with formulations that respect all of the core’s pysical-chemical properties.

THE PROCESS

01. COLOR DEFINITION

The client chooses the color hue they desire to apply on the tablets. In case of already marketed products both the color hue and coating composition will be reproduced.

02. APPLICATION

After having developed the formulation and performed the preliminary trials, the next step is the application of the coating inside the drum directly on the samples provided by the client.

03. CONTROLLO E CONSEGNA

The fidelity of the obtained result is valued by comparing the tablets with the chosen reference. Particolar attention is given by the regulatory limits in the countries in which the finished products will be marketed.
